Disaster Relief in Nevada County

The Nevada County Relief Fund exists to direct vital resources to our most vulnerable neighbors impacted by past, current, and future disasters.

River Fire Relief

  • Please use the drop-down menu to select “Wildfire Relief and Recovery”
  • All funds raised from August 5th through Labor Day will be made available to survivors of the River Fire from Nevada County.
  • Your tax-deductible donation will be handled by our fiscal sponsor, Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation, who is not charging an administrative fee other than getting reimbursed for credit card fees and direct expenses (such as postage).
  • When donating, if you prefer to pay by credit card rather than PayPal, please leave the box that reads “Save this information for next time” unchecked.
